Let us assist you in finding land for your home! When wanting to build a new home we realize it can be challenging to find land to build your dream home. Therefore, we offer land assistance. These may include specific details such as overall location(s), preferred school districts if any, general lot size, and budget pertaining to land.
At that point we will be able to guide you in the right direction for land options and the next steps to securing your perfect piece of paradise while keeping everything in house. As a licensed realtor, we can work for you or with your current realtor already assisting you. While we discuss the land options, we will also suggest available floor plans that meet your desired needs and overall budget. We will build your wish list by pricing in the “must have” upgraded options as well as getting you connected with a Lender that offers construction loan services.
The first step on your journey is to complete the Prime Build Lab application.
You’ll then schedule a call with our Consultant to see if you’re a fit and to answer all your questions.
If accepted, you’ll be paired with our Coordinator that will prepare you for what’s ahead and review your criteria for the types of investments you find ideal. Our Coordinator will present you with opportunities that fit your criteria as they come in (you’ll be impressed with the variety of investment vehicles).
We’ll joint venture with you 50/50 so you don’t take all the risk yourself. You’ll be updated on every step of the deal by your Coordinator, so you always have peace of mind during the process.
